Victoria is an Accredited Civil & Commercial Mediator. As a Mediator, she will guide you through the process of mediation and towards a resolution both parties can agree upon. Friendly and empathetic, Victoria is respectful of each parties position and will listen carefully and has the ability to manage difficult conversations. She will give you the tools to calmly resolve difficult disputes in an effective and forward thinking approach.
Having worked in a variety of industries over the last 20 years, those experiences have allowed Victoria to easily adapt to different situations and help others to understand alternative perspectives. Victoria appreciates the emotions that are involved in a dispute that may have prevented you from moving forward. That’s why at agreed mediation we are here to help.

Dawn Walton
An Accredited Mediator, Dawn approaches the process in a friendly and relaxed manner, however she is not afraid to start those difficult conversations.
As a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser, working in private practice for over 20 years, Dawn has worked with Owner Managed Business and dealt with a wealth of varied disputes during her career. Having specialised in Inheritance Tax and Probate related matters, Dawn’s sensitive nature has allowed her to be party to even the most difficult discussions around death and family asset protection planning.
