The right package for you.

agreed have a simple fixed fee charging model which is set out below.

The mediator’s fees are based on a standard two party mediation.

We believe that mediation should be available to everyone no matter how small the dispute may be. Our fixed fee mediation package is for simple cases that don’t involve large amounts of money or complicated issues.

Fixed fee mediation (online mediation only) – small disputes or low value claims

£5,000 or less (2 hour online mediation) £125 + VAT per party.

£5,000 to £15,000 (3 hour online mediation) £320 + VAT per party.

£15,000 to £50,000 (4 hour online mediation) £445 + VAT per party.

Each additional hour is charged at £100 + VAT per party.

If the mediation is to be held in person, any additional expenses such as travel, accommodation and venue costs will be charged in addition.

1/2 day mediation

Reasonable preparation time
Pre and post mediation party contact**

Dispute amount:

Up to £150,000 – £550 per party
Up to £500,000 – £650 per party
Up to £1 million – £850 per party
Over £1 million – £950 per party*

Any additional preparation time or additional time required on the day will be charged at £325 per hour.

1 day mediation

Two parties - 7 hours

Fee includes

Reasonable preparation time
Pre and post mediation party contact**
Preparing mediation agreement
Mediation

Dispute amount:

Up to £150,000 – £1,000 per party
Up to £500,000 – £1,250 per party
Up to £1 million – £1,550 per party
Over £1 million – £1,850 per party*

Note: usual hours 10am to 5pm

Any additional preparation time or additional time required on the day will be charged at £325 per hour.

Bespoke Mediation

Price on application

Fee includes

Fee dependant upon the particulars of the dispute and the duration of the mediation.

Example disputes:

Small disputes or low claim value (see fixed fee mediation above)
Multiple disputes
Counter claims
Multiple parties
*Claims in excess of £1million may benefit from utilising our bespoke pricing model

Reasonable and proportionate preparation time will be included. Such time will be discussed and agreed at the time of the quotation.

Any additional preparation time or additional time required on the day will be charged at £325 per hour.

All fees quoted above are exclusive of VAT.

Payment is to be made in full and a signed copy of the mediation agreement is to be received no later than 7 days prior to the date of the mediation.
