Complaints procedure.

agreed is the trading name of A-Greed Mediation Limited, registered in England & Wales under the number (CRN: 12734902).

agreed is committed to providing the best possible service to all of our clients.

However, if you are not fully satisfied with the service that you have received, we need you to tell us about it as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to investigate the matter and to hopefully resolve the situation.

How to make a complaint 

Please set out your complaint in writing to hello@agreedmeditation.co.uk

Your complaint will be investigated and discussed with the mediator upon which your complaint is based.

What happens next?

  1. We will send you a written acknowledgement of your complaint (recording the date we received your complaint) within 5 days of receiving your complaint and at this stage, we may ask you to provide further information (if necessary). We will also let you know the name of the person and their full contact details (“appointed person”) at agreed who will be investigating your complaint.
  2. The appointed person will investigate your complaint and will contact you via telephone or e-mail within 14 days receipt of your complaint with any comments and setting out our view in relation to your complaint and dealing with any redress (if relevant).
  3. If you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint, you can write to us again setting out your reason(s) why you are not satisfied with our response and we will review the position within 14 days receipt of your further notification. In order to review the matter further we may do one of the following:-
  1. agreed hopes to be in a position to resolve your complaint. However, if you still remain unhappy you may wish to direct your complaint to the CMC (Civil Mediation Council).
